I wasn't really sure how I'd be able to do this dare. But I just prayed that God would reveal "something" for me to do. Well, while we were chatting, he mentioned that a friend forwarded him some recruiting companies that were hiring. He said he needed to find some time today to write out all their contact info so he could call them tomorrow. So while we were watching TV, I spent about 45 minutes finding all the company info and compiling it into an easy-to-read spreadsheet for Daniel. I just sent it to him in an email and I'm hoping when he sees it he will realize that I was just trying to help him out and make his life a little easier. I know how stressful looking for a job is for him...so I felt like this was the least I could do.

ReplyDeleteI served in place of Richard in the fishing pond at church today. He got to stay home and be with the kids and play with them while I was there. I love being able to give Him time with them to just be himself and play whatever he thinks of or the kids think of.
